In my most recent corporate experience I led People & Culture as Director in a fast-paced, constantly evolving agency, joining as the first hire in the department and helping to build it into a high-value function enables employee development and company success.

I hold a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, a BSc.H in Psychology, and am certified in PROSCI Change Management, combining formal education with years of experiential, hands-on leadership experience. My work blends organizational psychology, systems thinking, and a deeply human approach, helping leaders harmonize people, business, and evolving technologies.
