Gemini is a symbol of duality, transformation, and integration—core themes in leadership, identity, and personal growth. As someone born during Gemini season, I’ve always resonated with the push and pull of seeming contradictions within myself: ambitious and grounded, extroverted and introspective, fast-moving and deeply reflective.
Naming this work gemini was a way of honouring those tensions, not as flaws to fix, but as truths to integrate. It’s a reflection of my own journey and of the leaders I work with: people navigating complexity, holding multiple identities, and evolving into the next version of themselves.
